There are no refunds on Gift Cards, Food and Beverage Purchase issues not relayed to the restaurant, or Merchandise.

Please contact us for any exchanges on Merchandise. As all our merch is printed small-batch, we may not have the same item still in stock. No exchanges for different styles, thank you for understanding!

We recently transitioned to Toast Point of Sale system, so here's some helpful information.

• There's a new Loyalty Program, The Herd. You can now use your phone number or email address to register with Toast and collect your loyalty points. Visit the Join the Herd page for more information.
• Any previous Loyalty Points on your Loyalty Card will need to be manually transferred to the new Loyalty program by your server on your next visit. We cannot transfer the points automatically without first scanning your Loyalty card. When you sign up to the new program, you'll receive 150 Bonus Points as a thank you for rejoining our Herd! We will be accepting Loyalty Cards until December 2025. Anyone not transferred over will lose any loyalty points on the old system, so please come visit us soon!
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are now available through Toast! Any Gift Card Balances have been transferred to our new Toast system. Please ask your server how to redeem your Gift Card. Visit our Toast Gift Card page to purchase a E-Gift Card or visit us at the restaurant!
